The facade, clad in cream-colored stone with its natural veins, radiates a majestic and timeless character. Its surface comes alive with the play of light and shadow throughout the day, showcasing the essence of classical architecture. Large vertical openings and the main entrance, all crowned with arched vaults, evoke a sense of historic grandeur and convey the feeling of entering an authentic and enduring residence. The refined use of classical ornamentation in the frames and linear details completes the architectural language, enriching the overall identity of the villa.

The landscape has been designed as an extension of this vision. Flooring in shades of gray stone, punctuated by sections of black stone, creates a deliberate yet subtle contrast that adds depth and richness to the outdoor space. Thoughtfully zoned green areas with a variety of plants introduce a natural rhythm and vitality, seamlessly linking the strength of the architecture with the softness of nature.
